The general rule at AST is if you have sites that are in the One PopUp or Rotator category you cannot rotate those sites in the NO PopUp category. If you submit rotator URLs or Pop Up URLs you must also surf in the category site you submitted (yes you can still surf in the No PopUp areas also). Now if you are an upgraded AST member with a rotator URL you will not have to surf the rotator sites. If you are a PRO upgraded AST member or greater you don't have to surf the rotator sites either (your rotator will be in the NoPop Ups surf rotation as long as you do not have framebreakers or popups in your rotator). I will allow this just as long as the sites put in the rotators are clean for these upgraded AST members.
